Real Madrid will renew their efforts to sign Eden Hazard by offering Chelsea two players as part of an exchange deal, according to reports.Hazard, the Belgium forward, has long been a prime target for Los Blancos, and reports of their interest have increased in frequency over the past couple of months.And the latest claims suggest Mateo Kovacic and Isco will be offered to Chelsea in exchange for Hazard, El Espanol report.2
