Chelsea have signed Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund and loaned him back to the Bundesliga club, it has been confirmed.Pulisic, the United States winger, joins the Blues in a deal worth around 57.6million (64million) after being heavily linked with a switch to Stamford Bridge.Dortmund confirmed Pulisic’s transfer on Wednesday morning, before Chelsea followed up with a statement of their own.
