N’Golo Kante has signed a new five-year contract with Chelsea, the Premier League club has announced.Kante, the France midfielder, joined the Blues in the summer of 2016 after winning the Premier League with Leicester and he’s been a key player for the Blues since.3

He helped the west Londoners win the Premier League under Antonio Conte in his debut season at Stamford Bridge, before adding an FA Cup to his trophy haul last term.‘N’Golo Kante has today extended his stay at Stamford Bridge by signing a new five-year contract,” aChelsea statement read.The 27-year-old added: “I’m happy to extend my time with Chelsea. It has been two beautiful years and I wish for more to come.“Since I came, I completely improved as a player, challenged myself and got some awards I never thought about.” Kante’s performances for Chelsea have been widely lauded by the public, the press, and his fellow professionals. he was named Player of the Year by both the PFA and FWA in 2016/17, and won Chelsea’s Player of the Year prize the following campaign.He has been an ever-present throughout Chelsea’s unbeaten start to this Premier League campaign, scoring the Blues’ first goal of the season in their opening day defeat of Huddersfield.3
